Where Did You Find Your Dog?

Tater tot was from a breeder in Kansas who [obviously] only bred him for the money and for his beautiful blue coloring. He was then sold to a family who lived in a motel and a part of Kansas where BSL is effective. When he was 4 months old the police came to arrest his owner and then found little tater tot (named Blue at the time). He was to be euthanized immediately JUST because he was a "Pit Bull". Thankfully some nice animal control officers called a lady who lived out of city limits and asked if she could take him, she said yes. She fostered him for 2 months and then sent him to rescue in Minnesota where he would live with another foster and finally find us, his FOREVER family!

Tell Us About the Moment When You Knew that You Two Were Meant for Each Other.

The moment we met was when my life changed forever! I remember sitting watching out my window for the foster to pull up. I ran down the stairs, opened the door, hugged him and had happy emotions. Tater jumped up on me, put his paws on my shoulders and licked my face!

How Has Your Hero Changed Your Life? My hero has changed my life by providing the support I need to live a normal life on a day to day basis as I suffer from different [dis]abilities. Tater is currently being evaluated to become a Service Dog for me, his 14 year old girl!
