We were just browsing a shelter. We didnt really have adopting a dog in mind, but we saw her and knew she was the one.

Tell Us About the Moment When You Knew that You Two Were Meant for Each Other.

Jasmine was a resident at the Animal Care Center in Irvine. She was the longest resident because of her bad hips and allergies. She was so cute and so happy… Even though she wasn’t wanted, SHE REMAINED POSITIVE. I sat down and she sat in my lap and that was when I knew she was mine, she loved me right away!

How Has Your Hero Changed Your Life?

Growing up I had alot of things happen to me. I dont really trust. That’s one of my biggest issues.. Jasmine came from a home where she was starved, beaten, and contained in a small area with her feces. SHE STILL TRUSTS! That gave me hope that i can trust again…. with Jasmine by my side, I feel I can take on the world…!
