- : There has been a lot of adjustment with Jake being an adult who wasn't trained well, but he has definitely taught us patience and perseverance, and we are so glad he is a part of our family.
- : We started to consider getting another dog after we had had our first dog (and PBC ambassador) Goose for about a year and realized she needed a brother. We went to several rescue shelters before we met Jake, and as soon as they brought him out our hearts melted. He was (and is) so sweet, and relatively calm for being a coonhound, and we knew he'd fit in perfectly.
