- : My dog makes me happy every day, he makes me smile. I think if I didn't have him I wouldn't be the person I am today. Because every day he teaches me to live in the moment, and he gives me unconditional love. And he's always happy to see me when I walk thru the door. I have had Dexter for almost 4 years , and those have been the happiest years of my life.
- : I was researching the web, looking at different shelters, and I saw him . I had my mind set on him when I saw his picture. He was so cute, and looked scared. I knew I wanted him. So I had plan to go get him on the weekend. The website said he was in van nuys. That Friday I went to the south central one, just to look around. Even tho I knew I was going on Saturday for him. When I got to the shelter, I noticed that he was there, at the south central one. They don't know how he got there or why it showed he was at van nuys. I knew it was meant to be, and he was meant to be mine right there and then. So I payed the adoption fee and came back for him on Saturday. Those were the longest hours of my life. Couldn't wait to go pick him up and have him with me.
