Where Did You Find Your Dog?

He was saved from a kill shelter in GA, by a kind woman who was doing rescue in her home. She listed him on Petfinder and I saw him. I drove to Nashville, TN to meet him.

Tell Us About the Moment When You Knew that You Two Were Meant for Each Other.

I sat down on the ground in a parking lot and he ran around sniffing then he came up and kissed my face. This was the moment I knew he would forever be mine, my protector. I scooped him up and home we came. He was 4 months old then.

How Has Your Hero Changed Your Life?

He is now 9. It took me a couple weeks to realize the seriousness of the fact that if this woman had not found him, I never would have either. I cannot even picture my life without this dog. He would do anything for me, I can see it in his eyes, and tell it in his actions. He may be a dog, but he is my dog, and I will forever be changed by him being in my life.
