I found Leo on Petfinder - he was at the League for Animal Welfare with his 8 brothers and sisters. His mom got killed by a coyote and left the 9 pups in a woodpile to be rescued at a week old.

Well, we went down to meet him and loved him immediately, but evidently, he had another family adopting him. They must have backed out because we got a call a week later that if we still wanted him we could come in... so we did.

Leo is a character. He is very protective of me and the kids, loves the other animals and is always willing to give snuggles and kisses. I wouldn't trade him for anything.
