- : Lady Bug has brought me so much joy and happiness. I have never laughed so much. She lets me dress her up in the cutest outfits and together we are showing the world that pit bulls are lovable family pets. She has showed me how amazing pit bulls are and that most can overcome any past situation.
- : After she was rescued from a dog fighting ring in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana in Feb 2014, another foster with our rescue had her in Lafayette. One Saturday that foster decided to bring Lady Bug to an adoption event. I was there of course with my foster but I couldn't keep my eyes off Lady. She was having some issues with being around the other dogs because it was all so new to her and she was taught not to like other dogs. But that just made me love her more. I thought she was adorable and wanted to help her adjust to the new life she had been given. About 2 months later the opportunity came up for me to foster Lady....I was pretty excited. I instantly bonded with her. After about 6 months of working with her with other dogs, I knew I could never let her go.
