Where Did You Find Your Dog?

Bruno was found walking a main road in Tampa, FL with no tags or collar in search for food or shelter. He had been limping and I found out later it was because he had been walking for so long on the hot florida pavement, his paw pads had been burnt to raw skin.

Tell Us About the Moment When You Knew that You Two Were Meant for Each Other.

The moment I knew we were meant for each other was when I first met him. He ran to me like we had been long lost best friends. I brought him into my car and he sat in the passenger seat very proud and strong. He looked over at me and I knew that with one look he told me he found home.

How Has Your Hero Changed Your Life?

Before Bruno came into my life I was struggling with depression and self confidence issues, my dad had passed away in 2010 from suicide. I had lost hope in myself and felt I was unworthy of love. After I brought bruno home he made me step into the pack leader role and it forced me to find my own self confidence. He taught me to not only love myself but that I was able to be loved and with those soft gentle eyes filled with love and devotion looking at me everyday..I loved him right back!
