Where Did You Find Your Dog?

Both of our boys were rescued from a rural shelter gone bad. The rescue we volunteer with took in 20+ dogs when they assisted in the rescue efforts.

Tell Us About the Moment When You Knew that You Two Were Meant for Each Other.

Kendall (the black and tan) was our first adoption, then Trevor (the redtick) was our first failed foster. We brought him home for foster and he bonded immediately to Kendall. Turned out they were originally from the same shelter they helped to shut down! What a wonderful pair they are.

How Has Your Hero Changed Your Life?

Now very spoiled house dogs living in Bumpass, VA they both went from underdog to success story. It is only right that they pay it forward by helping other homeless dogs. We still foster on a regular basis and these boys do most of the work. Helping homeless dogs learn house manners and getting them into loving forever homes - that is now their job!
