Where Did You Find Your Dog?

Goonie is currently my ”foster” dog but he had me at ”I’m riding home from the shelter in your lap wether you like it or not!” He came from the Brown County Animal Shelter in Ohio. He has had some trauma to his eye which may need to be removed. It just adds to his charm. I will be adopting him soon through Recyled Doggies, who I foster for.

Tell Us About the Moment When You Knew that You Two Were Meant for Each Other.

I’ve fostered a lot of dogs in the three years I’ve been fostering for Recycled Doggies and I’ve had a few failed fosters before Goonie. I knew almost immediately I couldn’t part with this guy. He completes me!

How Has Your Hero Changed Your Life?

The rest of my dogs are high energy. He is my cuddle bug on days I don’t feel good. I have a rare brain condition. Old man Goonie enjoys a good snuggle on the couch when I have a headache.
