- : Buzz was horribly abused/neglected as a young pup and one would assume he would be fearful of humans and possibly aggressive, but he is not. Buzz is the sweetest, most gentle, fun loving 60 pound lap dog that anyone could hope for. He has taught me patience, that you can overcome anything and that unconditional love is really real and AMAZING. He rescued me!!
- : My vet posted a picture of him on Facebook that showed his transformation since being pulled from a local high kill shelter. Something about his eyes touched the inner core of my soul and I knew right then that I had to try and adopt him. I immediately sent the photo to my wife/partner and told her I wanted him. After filling out an adoption request, a home visit was scheduled for February 3, 2013. I was informed by the owner of Triumphant Tails that he had been in their foster care program for 4 months and had no one interested in adopting him, possibly because of his appearance. I told her I didn't care about his scars, I only wanted to love him and make him a happy dog. The moment Buzz arrived at my house he made it perfectly clear that he found his fur-ever home. He has been my sidekick ever since. The owner of Triumphant Tails even said she had not seen him so happy and relaxed & knew we were meant for each other. He is my heart and soul, or as I tell people, my soul mate.
